Rates & Fees
The monthly fee for the Plan equals 79ยข (or any rate we subsequently specify in a change of terms notice) per $100 of the sum: of (a) your balance subject to interest rate and (b) if applicable, any balance on which interest is being deferred. The Plan fee will be shown on your billing statement and will be added to the Minimum Payment due on the last day of each billing cycle for each billing period during which your Account has a balance. If you do not pay the Current Month Minimum Payment, the Plan fee will be added to your Account balance, and it will increase the amount of interest charges assessed to your Account and your cost of financing. The Plan fee will be charged and a payment is due for all balances on your Account even if payments are forgiven or interest accruals are deferred on such balances. Interest on your Account will continue to accrue while you are receiving benefits, however, the Plan fee will not be charged or shown during any billing period in which you are receiving Plan benefits.

Your purchase of the Dell Preferred AccountTM ("DPA") Credit Protection Plan (the "Plan"), offered by WebBank, is optional. Whether or not you purchase the Plan will not affect your application for credit or the other terms of any existing credit agreement you have with WebBank.

Payment Method: Plan fees are charged to your Dell Preferred Account during months you carry a balance and will be shown on your monthly billing statement.

Cancellation: If you cancel your enrollment in the Plan within 30 calendar days after your enrollment date, we will credit your Account for any Plan fees you have been charged. Otherwise, Plan fees are not refundable. You can cancel the Plan by calling the Plan Administrator at 1-877-511-4552.

Additional Disclosures: There are eligibility requirements, conditions and exclusions that could prevent you from enrolling in the Plan or receiving benefits under the Plan. We will mail you a Plan Amendment to your Accountholder Agreement containing this information with your enrollment confirmation package before payment is required.

Availability: The Plan is not available to accountholders with billing addresses outside the United States or in AK, GU, HI, MA, MN, NV, PR and VI.

The Property Protection coverage protects property purchased with your Dell Preferred Account against events including: burglary and physical damage caused by fire, smoke, tornado and flood for up to 3 years from the date of purchase, including purchases previously made.
